MIMA'S PUNCHING DRILLS IS OF RUSSIAN ORIGIN.

I'm so pleased to promulgate now, Mima Ito was highly inspired by Russian boxer's champion.

It was about 1970s that Russian coach, Ferdman Moishe, propounded those punching works so as to further empower his pupils attacking play.

Mima Ito, prodigy ponger of Japan, just followed Ferdman's example to her particular benefit. Thus was she able to grow up some Formidable-Gun-Machine to beat Chinese, thanks those two great Russians aforementioned.

Ito Mima said that while a little child mother forced her a boring physical training,
-- Because I felt too boring to stick to the massive drills I dropped hard exertions . After a whole year in 2017 after the distressing ebb of my competetition perfomance, following my mother and coach persuasion, I did resumed this boring training. Ito Mima actively forced himself to do a lot of high-intensity physical training, including high-intensity boxing exercises.

Naah. I'll "promulgate" instead that it was the exotic Tibetan meditation guru that visited when she was 5.
