What level/league is he playing in?

The serve at 2:33 was clearly illegal (served from above the table).

He's certainly very talented, but I think this will only work up to a certain level, he'll struggle to break through to the top ranks.

This guys is very amusing and as Garfield000 says can drive one nuts with his strange playing style. :o :o Has great touch however.

Low level, but sometimes he manages to win against some good players with his weird style :D

And it shows his rubbers are not ok.I know a guy who does the same tricks with old rubbers. The arc of the ball is weird

Incredible skills,.... funny to watch,.... but when you add topspin plus quality serves, this kind of players have limitations in the game,....

I wonder what USA rating he could have, 1800-1900?
