Just got my stuff from One of a Kind. Shipping from Australia to the U.S. takes a few days, but the price was rasonable. Got a Double Happiness Wind Series carbon blade (CW-D) which is very solid feeling and extremely fast. Quality is some of the nicest I've seen for a Chinese made blade.

Got a sheet of Double Happiness C7 (black 1.0mm) and that feels much more natural than 755 Faster. I also got a sheet of Globe 889-2 (red, 1.8 mm) which looks a lot like 802-40 in pip layout and structure. I'm treating it with Ecolo Expander 2 and will see whether it performs like Joola Tango Ultra which is my usual short pip.

Great experience and I look forward to playing with the blade and rubber.

Thats great Andrew!

I'm sure a few of us here (particularly ME  ) would be very interested to hear your experience with the blade and rubbers...

I just got the EEII myself, and I'm about to try it on a rubber...not sure which one yet...

Thanks for the feedback!

Will do, probably Wednesday night (I guess that's Thursday in Oz) I'll be able to do a test drive of the blade and rubbers. Looking forward to it!

I'm very intrigued to hear your opinions of 889-2, and how Ecolo goes on a pip. :)

I've treated other pips, like 802-40, Dawei 388B, 799, 889.

It depends a lot on the sponge that comes with the pip, but on a soft sponge it feels tensioned, like with my usual Joola Tango Ultra and provides more speed and spin.
