Looks like an awesome experience - I should try to go to the next one. Wonder why not more tournaments are run that way - you let more people to participate by adding additional divisions to German Open etc.. More or less a standard practice in US, where prize for the Open division in pretty much every tournament is subsidized by lower level entry fees. Helps to increase the prize pool, grow the sport, and might even help with attendance. |
