I wish to highlight a case that reflects that good characteristics of Presports.

About a month ago, I issued an online order for an item, and paid through local bank transfer, and also informing them of my personal arrangement to pick up the item. On the same day evening, I changed my mind and was planning to purchase other item instead.
What happened was I totally forgot about this order, although my payment already went through immediately.and I did not do any pick up.
Yesterday, I was heading in the same direction for another purpose. On my way, I went up to presports to have a look at another TT item. Upon my arrival, Sean who is one of the business partners of this shop, informed me of the credit of the amount I paid. He instructed his stuff to minus this amount of money from whatever purchase I made yesterday.

I was entirely surprised by his honesty and wish to show my appreciation.

Presport is really a reliable and honest.I have been ordering table tennis goods from them since 2007 and met no problem.
