This company used to be one of the best, but all of a sudden they're not answering email. |

just bought shoes from them....they shipped out the next day as usual...but then i didn't correspond with them in advance.... |

I bought something from them on June 23. They emailed me June 29 saying one of the items is out of stock and please advise. I decided I wanted to change some of the order and have written back four times since with no response. They've always been very punctual previously, so I wonder what's going on? Since iruiru is kind of skakey right now, I placed a different order with tt-japan.net, whom I've made a few orders from in the past without problems. |

I stopped buying from iruiru ages ago. Maybe almost 2 years ago. When they lost the SSL encryption on their credit card form and I wound up with some dodgy transactions on my card... |

They finally responded.  I actually had some weird charges on two occasions and had to replace my card twice. I suspected zeropong was the culprit, now I wonder if it was iruiru instead? Edit: No I looked up the dates. Not iruiru. Nowadays I try to use only webstores that accept PayPal. |

Yeah I only use paypal on internet these days too. The dodgy transactions I wound up with was a company in Switzerland called "Keycollect". ~50AUD charges each time, give or take 10. |
