Bought several times from them - they are reliable. Shipping might take some time (I'm in US) and also negates some of the savings (their price on TSP Curl pips is very attractive), but I'm a happy customer overall.

I never had any trouble with them.
Shipping is a lot, so I wait until I want to buy several things.

Good place. Last time I ordered from them I just avoided shipping all together.

Yes I went to Japan and bought my shoes.

I don't watch them that closely - I pay more attention to tabletennis11 weekly sales

Same here, don’t really check their sales. Their regular prices on Japanese products are very good. I use them for anything Japanese particularly if I can’t get it locally.

Gotcha. I enjoy watching the tabletennis11 weekly sales too. I have way too much fun just looking at what goes on sale every week xD.

I got an email listing their "Hallowe'en sale". Supposedly spooky, but mostly, well, looks ordinary (Xiom Omega IV Europe, anyone? Yawn..). Except for Dr. Neubauer Killer (which has what looks like dripping blood on the cover). I suppose Tibhar Nimbus Delta V has what some people might think are glowing satanic symbols on the cover, and Nimbus Soft has Freddy Kruger slash marks... and Schmerx has what looks like a spooky alien face.. but the funniest rubber was Andro Good. I mean, maybe next year they'll put out Andro Evil..

My favorite sentence in the email was "That's not a picture of Frankenstein's monster, it's our boy Samsonov" (on the Tibhar Samsonov Limited Edition 25).
