Hi Everyone, I'm new to table tennis and found this page. I am looking to get a paddle but my local sportschek doesn't seem to have much options brand wise. (I'm from Canada) There's a local shop that sells Butterfly and DHS: https://yumo.ca/ Are they legit? I can theoretically just go there and pick up a blade, but just wanted to see if anyone else had any experience with them. Thanks! Looking forward to learning more in this community! |

As a general rule sporting goods stores and pro shops don't sell enthusiast grade table tennis equipment. If you want a good bat you need a table tennis vendor such as Zeropong or Paddle Palace. There are also outlets based in China that sell through Amazon or Ebay or Aliexpress. Iskandar |
