Hello, just wanted to let you know how Dandoy does business.... I ordered some stuff from them, 80 eur worth(180 AUD) and after two months i'm still waiting for them. They don't answer to e-mails but they charged my credit card right away. This is truly a disgrace! I didn't know this was even possible in the 21. century.

From personal experience and from reading others post, it would come too "you get what you pay for"
Often like other things, buying where its cheapest is not often the best value.

I must agree with you there....unfortunately.
For me it wasn't a question of money, i thought, Belgium being closest to my country, i would get it sooner, but.....

I agree with Monkey as well. That is why I would always make OOAK shop my first choice. Unfortunately, some time only places like Dandoy have what I wanted so would have no choice but to order from them. Having said that, I had placed many orders with Dandoy before and so far, other than slow shipping, I have not encountered any problem. In fact, an order of mine was lost in the post once. I wrote to them and they actually resend the stuff to me. Maybe I am just lucky not having any problem with them so far.

Cheers.

I guess I am real lucky. I had ordered R*1 twice and they all came within allowable time table without any problems. However, I have heard others having all kind of problems.

Never had problems with Dandoy. Got my order in under 2 days (but I live in Belgium, so not much of a reference).

Went to one of their stores once, guy was very helpful, glueing and edgetape for free.

I suspect there must have been a mishap in shipping, Belgian postal services aren't known for their efficiency. Dandoy should be more informative though, and not answering customers' e-mails is unacceptable. I hope you get your order after all. Good luck.

Hmm, I don't think they're that cheap. Anyways, like a few others I haven't had any problems dealing with them. Then again I've never had a problem dealing with any of the TT dealers.

They are that cheap for me in buying R*1. Paddle Palace was asking $72 plus shipping while Dandoy was asking $46 plus shipping, a $26 difference for one single blade.

Hey, ReBorn, I was using a calculator, so the math should be correct.
