Finding such an accredited coach, especially one local to you, will be nearly impossible due to the limited adoption of medium pips. If you're dead set on learning MP, I recommend approaching an advanced MP player at one of your local clubs and ask if they'd be willing to mentor you. But be forewarned that MP is harder to learn than LP or SP.
