Blade: Galaxy w4

I am curious which one do you all prefer? Both of them are good looping blades with many good reviews.
Also? Is there a possibility of fake DHS blades? Because of many instances of fake H3NEO

Have seen the W6 mentioned very, very often, but not the DHS. Have only owned a W6 (ended up selling it - too heavy for me). Counterfeits? Sure - just buy from someone reputable, like Eacheng. And it's far likelier that something expensive will be counterfeited rather than something inexpensive.

The PG7 is a very good blade, very Clipper-like construction, also the basis for the Hurricane Long 3, although they play differently. Both are quite fast, but good for looping (I use Hurricane rubber FH and tensor BH). Also great for brute force hitting. May be the real difference is just in QC. I have no experience with the W-6, but my coach suggested that it was one of the best for looping (he is a looping fan). I doubt that the PG-7 is counterfeited much: different story for the HL3 and maybe also the intermediate version 506.

Interesting.

PG7

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/DHS-POW ... 08193.html

Image

$22.62. 7 ply. 6.3mm, 92+/-5g. OFF++. Looks very much like the Hurricane Long III in construction, might be different wood. Even has the red plies. Too cheap to be counterfeited.

W6

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Yinhe-M ... 81231.html

Image

$18.75. 5 ply (thick core). 5.7mm, 88+/-5g. ALL.

In short, very different blades. For different purposes. PG7 is available in ST, W6 not.
