Incorrect
It has nothing to do with inside or outside OOAK.
I did copy & paste the link as you posted but I still get the same error from my country.
But if I VPN from your country, it works for me (even inside OOAK window)
As i said (& HaggisV said) the video is blocked from certain countries (like mine) based on IP location but allowed access in other countries like yours.

Why don't you VPN from where HaggisV is located & see if you can see the video.
I bet you can't see the video (inside or outside OOAK)

At Incheon It seems she has changed her blade.She now blocks shorter , lower, better placement too and plays much better,stepping around for a forehand winner.

She may well be using a Timo Boll ZLF blade but the photo linked doesn't confirm so as it is not very evident from what one can see (at least for me)

I'm so impressed with how well she can block and take the pace off those loops, and still land then on the table. This is something I always find hard to do. I guess it's 'soft hands' and a bit of movement on contact, and lots and lots of practice.

I don't believe so, or it's other LP or Grass DTecs is treated or Viscaria is treated......

Lots and lots of practice doing the right techiques and the most important right positioning to return the ball. FYI there is times isn't possible to return power topspin closes to the table not even using soft hands.
