And another one, an exhibition match (Spain vs Germany) on his birth town, Puerto Real, vs Stefen Mengel.

His coach when young was Wang Jin Fu, and continued his influence with Jorge Gambra, both c-pen SP hitters. He was spanish champion at Alevin (10-11 years old) , Juvenil (16-18 y.o.) and U-21 vice-champion, bronze at 2009 mixed doubles Universiade with Sara Ramirez. He played in Germany and Denmark, dunno where he's playing actually.

i ve heard a lot about gambra do you know what pips and blade use gambra?

I love his style, but he is one of the older players and getting really fat! Wonder how long he can keep up.

Also interested in knowing his latest setup. Seems to use a different blade for every match. In fact he seems to have used 2 different blades in the match against Joo.

Yes, I follow Jesus religiously!

Is it legal to use multiple blades within one match (providing the blade wasn't broken or damaged)?

I don't know. But if you pause at the right time he had one blade with a black logo and red/light brown handle then another with a dark handle and thin white stripe running down one side (no logo). He wasn't twiddling either as red is forehand for both.
