Agree... I think his backhand rubber has got to be good old Curl P-1R 1.4-1.7
His chopping style looks the same as in the past. Why would he all of a sudden switch at the age of 39 and start exploring pips when he has to deliver wins for his team.
As for his forehand rubber, I would guess he still plays T05 as before (for the same reasons as above)

Would switching from P1r to P3ar facilitate doing more inverted-style blocks? They've always been in Joo's repertoire, but he seems to be doing more of them these days.
