This may have been posted before, not sure. Very nice match though, south vs north Korea, defense vs defense

A compilation with some attacking training and nice points of Joo in the Ryukyu Asteeda team.

Not a great match to watch.
The interesting part starts at 11:41 . Somehow this is the most interesting set.

Here's an awesome instructional video by Joo. I thought his views on using your wrist as a defensive player were really interesting...

That last minute or so from the video... Is he playing the Olympics and WTTTC of 2021?

Looks to be striking the ball more aggressively. What’s he on these days? P1r max + H3?

TSP P3a, 1.4-1.7

there are some pics that can confirm this setup??
looking this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ko6EIhh ... =57&t=234s his forehand rubber seems to be much slower on chops, much slower then T64 he used. Also the sound on chops feels dampened, more of a "tok"

Do you know if he retired? Haven't seen any activity from him recently and on Instagram he posts photos and videos of him while coaching other players

Joo is not retired and YTN is Korean news. The news is saying that Joo is 41 years and still not retired. Also, it has an interview from Joo and he says being a player is easier, much easier than being a coach(He retired and went coaching and now he is a player again). He is practicing 1hour a day everyday. He enjoys it a lot because he is not training too hard like he used to.
