i dont get it... how some defenders can play with SP so close to the table... i have problems with getting ball low with LP and only 1.0mm... and with SP its immpossible to play chopping game for me |

I don't think she is still using 802, because the part near the handle where there are no pips is much wider in 802. Neither Spectol or Spinpips because that part has 3 stages in TSP pips. Any ideas? |

Mostly is tecnique, it requires a very different stroke from lp, even thick sponged lps. If you get it, it becomes so much easier. Then there is the feeling... strong players really feel the ball in a different way and can do things that we "common" players think impossible. The rest is training... just think theese people push and chop balls at least 3 hours a day   I have seen many strong attacking players (top 100 italy) chopping very well even with max inverted on BH on off blade  Of course, it wouldn't be viable at their level for them, but some cathegories below they could win just by chopping And they are nowhere top 100 in the world.
