No I wasn't joking, I was wrong. I downloaded the vid so I could zoom in for a closer look- and yes it is him. Also, he still appears to be using pips on this b/h (red).

That's actually one of my favorite TT sites. Currently they don't have too much interesting for defenders on the men's side. But there is video of some good female defenders, including a match between Viktoria Pavlovich and Veronika Pavlovich who are clones, I mean twins.
