Fosssil, I know you can do it, please help BH so all can see a lot better, his serves are way too fast for our aged eyes. Please make it so slow that there is no way that we can miss.

Bogey, did you shoot that with a 60fps camera? 30fps is good, but a 60fps video is better to show slow-motion.

I think Windows Movie Maker has an option to make videos run at 50% frame rate, which also messes up the sounds. :)

I know nothing about XXfps. Guess I'll have to read the manual.

Those things aren't very important -- videos shot at a higher frame-per-second yields better slow-mo results. Motion tends to blur with normal camera videos (slowed down), but I think it's good enough to show contact point, angle, motion, and follow-through.

Really more of the video encoder program, if it has that slow-motion effect -- I guess Windows Movie Maker is convenient, since Windows comes with it.

Thanks, Yuzuki, for reminding me Window Movie Maker has this function.

BH, don't even try to read the manual, there is none.

It's 30 fps.
Now.....tell me how to use slo-mo in Movie maker. I couldn't find the slo-mo function.

Ah, it goes like this:

1 .After you open Windows Movie Maker, from the Tasks bar on the left, Import your Video (file) into the Movie Maker.

2. When you see your video clip in the center of the screen (now being part of the collections), drag it onto the Storyboard section down below.

3. After the video has been placed on the storyboard, look at the Tasks bar on the left again, the Edit Movie section has View Video Effects.

Click on that and the center of the screen gets replaced with a collection of video effects for your video. Click and drag to the video in the Storyboard section the effect you wish to use. You can drag an effect twice, like Slow Down, Half, which effectively makes it a Slow Down Quarter? :)

After making video effects, play the video on the player situated at the right side to confirm if the changes are to you liking. After which, go to the File menu and Save the Movie File!

If it's still not clear, let me know, I'd make a better post with pictures.

It is amazing, you learn that by not having a manual? Thank you, may be I'll try that too.
