Blade:??? FH rubber:??? BH rubber:??? I’ve watched this dude off and on over the last couple of years and I’m surprised that he does not have his own page here on OOAK, let alone a post or two like Wally Green. Yeah he might be pro, but he's a top “clubbing” type guy and like most players here, he’s into pips. I think he’s got solid technique. I think our American members may know this chopper better… Here’s what I could find: (Couldn't embed the first link, but it's a serious match) BTW equipment-wise I’m willing to bet he’s using Koji’s exact setup, Matsushita Pro Model with 0.5 Feint Long II and Tackifire 2.1. |

I just saw him at Westchester November Open - he's a pleasure to watch. Chops on both wings and also attacks when given a chance. He told me that he did not play much in the last year, but is going to Teams tournament next weekend and thus needed a tune up. After seeing him play up close I have a sudden urge to chop more on FH P.S. I had plenty of choppers to watch yesterday in addition to Kaz: both Jian Li (~2700) and Wei Wang (2815) were there as well |

Nice video... Finally we can see his equipment up close. I believe it's H3 and Feint Long 2 (old logo).

Can this be moved to "Pimples / Antispin Videos" where the rest of the pips videos are? |

LittleSeki wrote: What blade is he using? It's likely Butterfly Defense Alpha... His blade is pretty beat up and worn. If you look at some Butterfly Defense Alpha images on google, the handle of a worn Defense Alpha looks almost identical. And it was a very popular def blade back in the day so I am pretty sure it's the blade. |
