What are some MP with hard sponge with good attacking and control properties?

Giant Dragon 8228A FC has a hard sponge (maybe 43-45) and is easy to flat hit and block with.

FH: Victax VO > 102
BH: GD Attack Long
Giant Dragon 612 Turbo is billed as an SP but looks and plays much more like an MP. Its sponge is hard. But for the type of play you described I prefer Double Fish 820A SP which excels at that kind of play despite its soft sponge.
