Then, Tibhar Stratus Power Defence...stiffer than Allround Classic with a bigger head...

This would bring the OP back to square one, since the Power-Defense is quite similar to the Allround Classic in terms of speed, and maybe a just a tad stiffer. The only real difference would be the head-size ...

Blade: Victas Balsa 3.5
FH: H8-80 38 deg
BH: Victas Spectol S1
Maybe too late but I was looking for a similar blade for modern defense and I found exactly that with the Xiom Allround S.
It's stiffer and harder than the Stiga Allround therefore, it works great for flat hitting and with pips (I used SP to chop, block and hit). It has a really clear and solid feedback.
The blade has a low throw so high throw tensors are a better choice.
Also, it has plenty of power (more than any flexible allround blade I tried) to finish points from close and far.
Really a great blade overall.

Allround balsa blades are usually stiff because they are thicker. You may find balsa blades with soft or hard feeling.

Or keep Stiga Allround blade but add 2-3 layers of Lacquer
