Blade: DHS PG7
FH: DHS 651
BH: 1 sided (Red covering)
I've once tried the Butterfly Ishlion, a very hit and block centered blade, especially for short pips. (No wonder Xian Shaona uses it)

The feeling was just wonderful, crisp hitting, and the owner attached a 802-40 with a 38 deg sponge on it, I just really want that feeling.

Has anyone know an alternative for this blade? I have tried looking for the Ishlion, but dang it's discontinued.

Hi,

Purely in terms of similar composition , the only other blade I know is Butterfly Kreanga Carbon (thickness and weight is more). However, even that's been discontinued. Another ULC-baed blade I know of is Innerforce ULC, but apart from the obvious ULC, the wood composition is different.

You will still find people selling used or even brand-new Ishlion blades on forums and FB groups; albeit at a premium.
