I see a number of these available on Shopee. This one's some sort of oversized defensive blade, ST handle, price is about USD11. ONE layer of carbon. According to the writeup, if I understand it correctly, one side is slower than the other.

Indonesians have been trying to be the best pioneers in the real "long" pimples arena but leave something to be desired.
They seem to make some long pimples but Rockaphish says they are so heavily treated it actually leaks chemicals
I wish they would make non treated real "long" pimples one for choppers & one for blockers

As far as blades go, the above blade may be ideal (asymmetric with carbon one side) but is the blade at least 170 by 170 mm ?
If not it is useless even for blockers let alone choppers.
Choppers probably can use 175 mm by 175 mm to regain some of the lost back spin, given the larger ball size & being plastic
It is so frustrating that pips players are refusing understand how these two changes have severely limited the choppers by drastically reducing the back spin capabilities , in addition to the other 10 rule & regulation changes since 1983 (And no , there is no off setting loss of top spin. Blades immediately became available withing 2 years during 40- celluloid ball itself & loopers also have illegal boosting & ITTF increased the maximum allowed rubber thickness at 2024 AGM from 4.00 mm to 4.05 mm to protect boosting though Rule 2.4.7 says it is illegal. No blades are still available for even blockers let alone for choppers who need a larger blade to survive)

Another issue is that inexpensive inverted rubbers may not be available. The pips rubbers may be available.

So it would make sense if they would make a full racket in two or three types with rubbers both sides already assembled
1. For choppers with spinverted on one side & real chopping long pips OX (made in Indonesia & not treated) on other side
2. For choppers with spinverted on one side & real chop blocking long pips OX (made in Indonesia & not treated) on other side
3. For short pips attackers with short pips with sponge on one side & real blocking long pips OX (made in Indonesia & not treated) on other side

ALC type may be better for spinverted asymmetric rackets (on spinverted rubber side) & ZLC type for SP / LP asymmetric rackets (on short pips side rubber side)

Long pips are "real" long pips and not those slim pips listed on ITTF LARC deceptively as long.

You just cannot have a composite layer next to the outermost layer on the real "long" pips side. This mostly defeats the purpose of the real "long" pips. You need the wood layers on real "long" pips side to have maximum dwell time to maximize the back spin. Lot of amateur players for some reason have convinced that they need a stiff layer on pips side but this may work partially for all round play but not for dedicated chop blocking or chopping play. Imagine using a Sardius with pips on backhand. Yes this may work well to attack but it kills the effect of long pips while blocking or chop blocking.

For choppers , the Aspect Ratio for real "long" pips must be at least 1.5, the pip length at least 2.5 mm with rough pip tops & pip density very high (probably above ITTF limit of 30 pips / sq cm), ( Horizontal pips alignment )
For blockers , the Aspect Ratio for real "long" pips must be at least 1.5, the pip length at least 2.5 mm with glassy pip tops & pip density low ( Vertical pips alignment )

For forehand short pips rackets the short pips must be of pre 2004 pip density & have rough pip tops for maximum spin (since other side long pips will be blocking type with lower spin)

Note :- Real "long" pips with sponge are useless at amateur level for dedicated choppers or blockers since the incoming top spins are not as spinny. Pro choppers need sponge under long pips to be able to handle the heavily & illegally boosted incoming loops (otherwise the ball will shoot off the wood on OX side with an open racket especially on men's side) . if you want to play more of an all round or attacking play at amateur level you can use ITTF slim pips with sponge. Keep in mind that all top (chop) blockers like Zhou Xintong, Manika Batra, Sreeja Akula, Ni Xia Lian etc all use OX rubbers . OX rubbers also provide better control as well.

I don't think chemicals are the problem with these rubbers... Pips diameter 2.5mm, height 3mm. On the bright side, you can get these in blue, green, light green, purple and yellow.
