Not much information and review about this RUBBER. It is strange by avaliable the thinnest sponge ever (0.5mm). Anyone tried it ? How is it with 0.5 mm sponge ? serve, block, chop bolck, chop away from table, desturbtive effect, control?

This is I've found from someone who use it

advantage
-super heavy cut ball on the table
-very much control with every technich
-very spinny and you can do all technic strongly without boncing off
-Blocking with very good control
-Good for smash

Disadvantage
-you lost your top spin or loop
-Ball contact blade wood very fast so you lost your control away from table

I'm looking for long range heavy Chop from this rubber.

Do you agree with this information? I never try rubber with less than 1.0 mm sponge? any comment ?

I have used milky way 9000 electro def o.6,the thing was slow but didn`t spin the ball well due to hitting the wood too quickly(with my technique anyway). For long range def lp is the way to go imo

A fellow at my club uses this rubber on an OFF blade. He uses it offensively, and gets excellent control. I've had a hit with it, and liked it. I agree with the assessment you made in the OP.

Thank you, Dazzler and Lordcope, I plan to replace my old TSP curl p4 with this rubber because I'm not a Chopper, looper, blocker but Allrounder so I hope this make difference from other defender. Impart spin from chop, twiddling, Smash but rerely top spin, Thank you again. Anyone / other comment?

i have 2 of these rubbers fitted to a wood blade-although .5 i find them fast and the ball just shoots off out of control-i may give them another go but they aint doing anything for me at the moment.

Wow... Where did you find 9000 with 0.6mm sponge? Or do you mean something else? All the sheets I've come across so far are max, like almost all Chinese sheets.

Iskander I got it at Bribar the sponge is really slow like feint 3's and useful under lp/s although I prefer ox this is the only removable elastic sponge I have seen at f3 paçe in0.6 thiçkness I tried it under Viper and p1r and the baxkspin was heavy both pushing and chopping

So someone mated the 9000 topsheet with a sheet of 0.6mm sponge? Don't see why not, but removing the topsheet from the original sponge would've been a bother..

I tried it for a while but always wished I had used the top sheet with a much thicker sponge. I still have a defensive blade with it on. I might try it again one day!

Why not just buy a new sheet of 9000? It already has thick sponge on it. Only about $6 a sheet including shipping.
