It is slower than a N11 (which is why I went to it) or, say, a Yinhe Kiso 7. I don't think it's any slower than, say, a Stiga Allround Classic. The fact that you can get one for $6.50 including shipping ($5.85 each if you buy two or more  ) is a really, really nice bonus. I ordered one two years ago because the picture and the price caught my eye, I play with one (actually, more like four) today because I tried playing with it and really liked it. Then again I'm not one of those people who stand 7 feet back from the table and whale away at the ball...

Nuts... no one sells 802-40 OX.. And the rubbers and blades I ordered over the weekend are "awaiting shipment" (which is what I expected, Year of the Hog and all.. ).

Played 2 training sessions with the Bloom spin version.

It played very different than the Power version. Obvious less speed therefor more control. The rubber makes an old glue clicking sound when I block a hard topspin or hit hard myself. My training partner thought there was something wrong. Also the arc is a little strange when i blocked the ball. It goes a little up and then fast down. It's very easy to block tho but with a strange curve I've never seen before. Maybe a little spin sensitive???

Speed : Bloom Power > Bloom Spin
Spin : Bloom Spin > Bloom Power
Control : Bloom Spin > Bloom Power
Push : Bloom Spin > Bloom Power
Chop : Bloom Spin > Bloom Power
Spin over spin: Bloom Power > Bloom Spin
Smash :Bloom Power > Bloom Spin
Block : Bloom Spin > Bloom Power
Stickyness : Bloom Spin = Bloom Power

Good rubber for a low price!!
Hope it stays good the next few weeks. The power version was great the first weeks but became less the more I played with it.

All parameters as expected only the blocking part is a little strange. Maybe because the rubber is new.

Greetings,

Gido
