The only thing we actually disallow in England is taking Igor seriously. Yes, if anyone is found taking Igor seriously, they will be thrown into prison and left to rot. True story. Sorry (for some reason).

This HAS to be the cheapest rubber I've EVER come across on AliExpress:

If you pay a little more (er, I mean, if you pay about a little more than double), you can get it with the "BOER" brand and a fake ITTF stamp:

Tempted I am... Note they've removed two corners - must be "Provincial". Wonder what "Anti-Mucosal" means - though I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to wipe your nose on it.. The cover says "Vastly Anti Spin" - is this anti???? And I wonder what "Ausbrush" means (maybe it's fake German, even..). I like the names of the stores, too (I had to check it wasn't XVT or Chinese Ping Pong.. ) - "Super Climber Store" and "Sporting Enthusiasts Store".

Might there be a Sriver-SHE somewhere else on AliExpress??????

Iskandar

Do you remember how does this rubber play? i have received one from my friend and i dont find any information about it @@

I haven't even played with it yet.. I must admit the packaging was impressive.

Igor's mistaken. The rubber that's banned in England is actually Sriver-SHE. That's because, well, its sexism, as far as I can tell..

When you consider what it costs... just order a sheet and try it. What can go wrong?

ITTF APPROVAL IS NOW SOME UNNECESSARY FORMALITY ALL OVER UNITED KINGDOM. BLESSED NATION UK.

Britishers all got now rid of every nuisance concerning the presence of ITTF "stigmas" on the rubbers. ETTA has now adopted domestic Rules fairly slacked on the point. Any rubber is OK as long as it is within 4mm gap and not bubbled. So nice of ETTA, indeeed.

Really, when was that announced?

He made it up...

Now that various social media sites have started to remove fake news, and even Twitter has put warnings on Trump's posts, we could start applying the same rules to fake posts on these forums.

I must say, I'm quite amused at the amount of interest in what amounts to ultra-cheap, probably low-quality, non-ITTF approved rubber. I suppose I should actually put it on a blade someday. I'd be REALLY amused if it turned out to work really well - these days I'm playing with (genuine) Tenergy 05 and it hasn't impressed me.

Sure they aren't top class, but if their grip is fine, they won't be too far from this red & tuned Kokutaku 868(about 7USD/pair)

Actually, if you are interested in low-quality, off-brand, non-ITTF approved Chinese rubber there is a LOT of it out there. Just scan through AliExpress - there's Huieson, Boer, and Timo Boll, for starters. Actually, the Timo Boll stuff isn't exactly low quality - it's at least as good quality as Palio (which can be abysmal if you get the wrong sheets), and at least on par with 729 or 868. I'm thinking it might actually play better than 729, etc because the sponge looks a little over-thick. I mean, if you aren't worried about ITTF approval, why not add an extra 0.5mm to the rubber's thickness?
