Hi. Just got my sheet today.

71g uncut, 0.25-something gpscm.

48g cut

Glued it to my acoustic with andro free glue. Bouncing the ball feels like H3BS with 2 layers (one dry, one wet). Topsheet does not feel sticky at all - even grippy. Reminds me of hammond - feels a bit waxy. Spinning the with the bat produces quite a bit of spin.

Will post playing impressions in 3 hrs time.

:tongue1:

I presume this is now heaviest tensor? I guess in general terms it's not too bad for Bty however.

Yep. Heaviest built in rubber I've used.

It's actually very spinny, despite the non-tacky surface. Easy to loop with, very controllable. Throw seems a wee bit lower than H3BS, so it's fairly high anyway. Flicking is pretty good.

i agree with you Silver yes its very spinny, but heavy,
very easy to loop with and the throw angle is kind of high,
a fairly good rubber for the post glue ban

Tenergy 25 and 64 will be released in autumn and next year. Possibly these maybe softer and lighter than 05.

I'm not particularly bothered by it's weight. Currently have it on a 82g Acoustic with Roxon 450 on the back. It's 172g.

Silver,

How does it compare to Sriver G2 FX? And Bryce Speed FX?

more effect than Bryce speed fx. Much spinnier, slower though. The numbers are pretty much accurate.

I don't like G2FX at all. No spin, average speed. I could get more spin out of Bryce than G2FX.

Okay, how does it compare to speed fx for on the table play? It is less, the same or bouncier than speed fx? Chops (short/over the table and long/away from the table)?

Well my tenergy seems lighter. it's 2,1 mm 68.5 Uncut.
Cut at H-King Head size which is bigger than Acoustic Headsize weight 47.7 Gr.
Pryde also heavy 67,1 gr Uncut, with H-king Head size weight 47.3 gr.
Silver, You're right, Tenergy has a high throw, feels hard on Violin.
I Haven't tried it on my Acoustic.
Now I tried it on H-king. Feels even harder than violin and has more vibration than violin.
Control not as good as H3 Pro, but faster and feels harder.
I feel short game not very difficult to adjust.
Has a bit clicking sound.
But Pryde has the loudest clicking sound among the rubber I've tried.
Pryde feels softer, looping is much easier but doesn't have much spin on it compared to Tenergy. Pryde Top sheet is quite durable, but tenergy topsheet is more durable, even more durable than B.Speed or Speed Fx.
