Another hybrid rubber by Tibhar, in addition to K1, K1 Euro, K1 Pro, K1 Plus, and K2 (did I miss anything?).
I wonder whether J stands for "Japanese" and how it's different from other K1 versions.

Here's some Japanese video featuring Samsonov comparing MX-P 50 with K1J. Samsonov speaks English so we can understand something about the rubber.

It's interesting that Tibhar positions H1J as less demanding with respect to the skill level than any of the Evolution series rubber (the "orientation" scale is moved very much towards the "rookie" end), despite the sponge hardness which is greater than that of MX-P 50.
Also, the catapult is said to be on par with MX-P and a little greater than MX-S's which I would think shouldn't be the case for a hard sponge hybrid rubber - those would typically have a lower throw than ESN tensors.

Looks like it's already available in Japan: https://tt-japan.net/index.php?main_pag ... ts_id=4311

Maybe someone can do a comprehensive writeup on the things. What do they all have in common? Are they all "tacky Tensors"? Why would I want a sheet? And which sheet? I'd like to know..

Had a look at the LARC - only K1, K1Pro and K2 are listed. The unlisted ones (K1 Euro, etc.) probably just use the same topsheet as one of the approved rubbers. Since K1J isn't (or isn't yet) listed it's probably the K1 topsheet with a different sponge. Interestingly enough, that other Tibhar "country-based" rubber, Evolution MX-K, IS listed (74-037).

Eacheng (or GH Sports on AliExpress), strangely enough, sells K1 and K2, and another one (forget which). Around $30.

LIVE A SECURE LIFE.
Yes, it is extremelly grippy without the composite topsheet technology. Using the composites for official events may be a risky thing.

Heh, Sometimes even the greatest warriors shoot themselves in the foot.
