I came across this by chance. According to the blurb, it's supposedly a "Super" version of Tenergy 05. I wonder why I'd never heard of it until now. Indeed, it's been added to the LARC:

Note that Tenergy 09C's been listed in the LARC for at least a couple years but I've not seen it for sale anywhere. Dignics 09C is out, of course, but Tenergy 09C's been in the LARC longer. There's also Tenergy 05N (again, it's been in the LARC for a while but I've not seen it for sale).

Been waiting for a tacky T05 type rubber after the disappointing Dignics 05.Reports I've seen suggest Tenergy 19 is not like Butterfly describes and is slower less spinny than T05
I can put a mild tack on my T05 with spinmax,enough to pick up the ball for a split second,makes the rubber last ages along with an occasional boost

I suspect the 09c will be harder than I like,I'm put off the Dignics series after D05,my ideal rubber would be T05 as it is with some tack added,similar tack as Donic Slice 40 would be perfect

Remember, you can add tack to any rubber. Of course, Igor wouldn't approve..
