With the discontinuation of Nexy Karis, which was apparently good in humid conditions (but honestly, I can't remember how it was when I had it), what other currently available rubbers are good when it gets muggy?

The gold standard was all those "999" rubbers. I think the only one still available is Globe, though. They all have a problem - after about 2-3 years the topsheet turns into goo, ruining whatever case you had the bat in, or neighboring bats you had stored in the same tote bag. Probably whatever sheets I have left aren't usable any more, either.

Comprehensive dissertation on the humidity factor in table tennis, presented by Dr. Varenberg, versed researcher and tribologist engaged to the sport as well.
What is the numerical threshold that air humidity can hurt your game?? 70% RH should be a red line not to be passed over.

I remember playing at the American Teams tournament about 11 years ago and for the last round it started pouring outside and it was so muggy you could see the condensate build up on your rubber with a decent length rally. I remember I was playing euro rubbers at that time. Hexer+ and something like omega 4 or so. For that last round I lost every bit of grip I had previously had. It was terrible. The guys who were playing Tenergy 05 weren’t losing nearly as much. The few Hurricane and Globe players seemed to fair pretty well too.

Been having real issues with this using my Rakza Z coming into a Brisbane summer. Looking at the Globe 999 rubbers to try and combat it, but wondering if anyone else has had good experiences with any other rubbers in the humidity?
