From what I recall, it was tacky. Don't recall HOW tacky, but tack is always a dynamic thing - it varies from when you first peel off the "protector" (or actually, the application) sheet to when you finally throw it away. If you want something REALLY tacky out of the packet, try Reactor Corbor. Iskandar |
