Valor Table Tennis, an American blade maker and TT seller, specialised in hardbat, sells a new hardbat rubber, called Valor Premier. It looks like the Reisman rubber, but according to Valor, it's slower and has more control. There's a cloth-backed version (http://store.valortabletennis.com/servl ... ier/Detail) and a clothless one (http://store.valortabletennis.com/servl ... ier/Detail). |

Looks interesting. The website says USATT approved, but it's not listed at hardbat.com. Maybe someone can clarify. |

It is not listed on the USATT site. But you could try to ask one of the rules committee members here: http://www.usatt.org/organization/committees/officials/ |

I'm going to guess that this rubber was only approved a few days ago, and the administrators (committee, web site, or whomever) are still busy after the us national championships so it'll take a little time before the web site is updated. |

The Valor Premier is on the last list of authorized rubbers (LARC 2018B). https://d3mjm6zw6cr45s.cloudfront.net/2 ... 18B_03.pdf |

spanner wrote: there is not on rubber the ITTF model numbers Valor Premier rubber has been ITTF approved for many years. When I started making it it was only USATT approved. After one year I decided to make it available to all and obtained ITTF approval. The rubber now and for many years has had the ITTF logo printed on its surface. If you see one with only the USATT logo it is probably a collector's item.kagin wrote: I'm going to guess that this rubber was only approved a few days ago, and the administrators (committee, web site, or whomever) are still busy after the us national championships so it'll take a little time before the web site is updated.
