Aztec Hardbat rules - eat your (or someone else's preferably) heart out, ordinary hardbat.

When did it start? From what I've heard, liha had been going on for decades (or at least years) before people outside the Phillipines ever heard about it.

We put some cloth or thin cardboard in to the blade blade/cloth/pimples rubber to make it slow and some spin
0.6 mm cardboard on the blade make the speed slow

Ah... So I take it you have LOTS of entries, and players vary in quality quite a bit. Yeah, you'll need some sort of ranking system, otherwise the not-so-good players will get kicked out early, don't get to play much and probably won't come back for the next tournament..

In Europe, we use the Ratings Central system for our ranking, you can use it for table tennis, hardbat and sandpaper : https://www.ratingscentral.com/Home.php
Here is the explanation in Spanish (for "spanner") : https://www.ratingscentral.com/HowItWorksSpanish.php
