You might want to try that question in the long pimple section, not in your video thread.
IN a nutshell, it's a good alround long pimple. Good reversal but can't generate much spin. It might work well with a spinny chopper rubber on the other side, so that you can spin the ball or twiddle.

In my opinion, it's one of the grippiest topsheets for LPs, and comparable to P-1R. In OX, I felt like it was grippier than P-1R 0.5mm.

If you insist on OX, and you still want to manipulate the spin a little, this is the best rubber. Terrible for pure reversal if you're just going to be passive. You better attack or chop....blocks work but you don't want to bank on that. VERY durable.

I insist on OX because it has more control as for me.

If I'm right understood 755 is more danger then Neptune?

Interesting, you used to play sponge yes?

In regards to danger, I believe that term is relative. Relative to how well the user plays with it, and relative to what kind of balls the opponet has difficulty with. Some people find no-spin or dead balls far more difficult than reversal or underspin. If no-spin or spin manipulation is more troublesome to the opponent, than 755 might be more dangerous I suppose. Even pushblockers have used 755 to great effect (Dr. Jafar uses it). But choppers use it too.

I played both, and didn't fine one more dangerous than the other as a chopper. I did like the control of 755 better, but again it's just a personal preference.

I play without sponge more that 1 year.
I think OX has more control

Well, I will try it in one week(after regional league) and than tell you my opinion.

BTW I ordered friendship 729 FX blue sponge 1.5 mm. Hope it will be good on my Defence alpha

Nice! Let us know what you find. I have never been able to make the 729s work for me, but you are better than I am.

One gem, is Air DefenderS...more Jap/Euro style, and very grippy with good speed. Chops well... I love it, but still want to switch to either Regalis or Karis once it's done. DefenderS is cheap though, so better value.

On VKM is my old friendship 729 super fx blue sponge 2.0

Look at the color of sponge. Old has black sponge and I have to say that it one of the best rubbers that I used.

Tomorrow I'll see how will play this new one on my Defence alpha.

So, I tried friendship 729 super FX blue sponge 1.5 mm on 2 blades.

1. Defence alpha
I don't know why, but I couldn't control chop with this combination.
Maybe because of it became heavy and massive. Alpha is one of the most larger defensive blades.
When I used Triple spin chop 1.1 it was much more easier to control it. But one of the most biggest reason is that alpha is not vibrate. As I know chinese are playing with vibrate blades. It's the best combination for sticky rubbers like hirricane skyline and so on. In my opinion that's why 729 super fx bs did't play well on this blade

2. VKM(Victas Koji Matsushita)
But totally different situation with this beast. Vibrate blade with 729 super fx bs give me great control with enough speed. Chop is great. Counter topspin (wich I never couldn't make earlier) now I can perform and it unbelievable stable with this blade.

I played with alpha more than 6 years and together we got a lot of wins. But now I want new feelings. That's why I decaded to play with VKM blade.
