A bit more of a pain the cut the rubbers to size, isn't it! Good job though!

Yes it is. Good thing the pips I use is so cheap. I was initially going to put new Vega Korea for the FH. But chickened out at the last minute so I don’t have other (cheap/er) new uncut rubber. I took one from another over size blade and it looks horrible but did the job for testing the blade for now. Ha!

I’m going to need smaller scissors. The first wing is hard to cut with the big one I have. I started the cut from the first side and cut the rest and went back to cut the first wing from another angle. What a pain. Don’t have problem with regular shape blades.

I usually start with the green arrow and cut counter clockwise. But for this one is hard to do. So I start from the side with the red arrow and cut counter clockwise. And then go back and cut the first wing from another angle (blue arrow). Can’t get a flushed cut with this angle though. Sticking out a little on this part.

I still use a box-cutter knife, but it's tricky to get through the corners, you have to make sure the knife is very sharp. A scalpel would make it easier but they're a lot more expensive if you want the good ones.
