Does your club really care about your welbeing (proper lighting inside)?

Just go and check how good is the electrical illuminance in the playground.
— Lighting level of 300 lux is a minimum standard for daily training activities
— Lighting of 500 lux is always required for competitions.
Poor lighting in playing area will eventualy ruin your eyes badly. Expensive optical aids and costly medical surgery to redress your vision, all those tortures is the supposed prospects upon your whole life.. resulting from an insufficiency of lamp fixtures.
Each table tennis club is bound to get an approval certificate from a local medical department.

Be happy.

This is to keep up your eyesight strong and sharp

Is there any medical evidence to support this?
