Looks like a Stiga bat from the 1970s. Antun "Tova" Stipančić was a Yugoslav/Croatian national player in the 1970s, I recall there was also a Butterfly blade with his name on it (or at least, I remember seeing a photo of him in a Butterfly catalog from the time). Looks like he died young:

Back then all the rackets had these smooth, varnished handles with the picture of the eponymous player. Butterfly did it, Stiga did it (don't recall anyone else).
