Hello Pimplers,

As you know I’m not a professional player. I’m more an enthusiastic that is so happy analysing pips players and learning from them.

However, recently I got the chance to be sponsored by a table tennis brand and, in stead of doing a simple unboxing, I decided to answer in a video the question: how to be sponsored in table tennis?

Maybe this information can be useful for some people that is looking for an sponsor and don’t know how it works.

All the bests.

Totally agree with your comments regarding sponsorship. Most players just seem to think it's freebees for doing well in competitions, but as you outline so well, it's about telling them what you bring to them in promoting their products.

Love the customised shirts... a really nice touch from Sanwei!

Thanks, I hope the information will be useful for many people that they can think in this way about offering something to the brands. It is interesting also for me to do this analysis and learning from it.

Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it.

GRATUITOUS SPONSORSHIP IS A PURE FIGMENT.

Prior to giving their consent on a sponsorship agreement, China brand first sent to us a request for a video presentatation. They kinda reluctant to distribute gratuitous products to casual players, seniors, etc. They are mostly interested to promote youngsters with a decent playing potency. Yes, promoting young sport starlets outside China is an effective method to promote China products on the market abroad.

Sure, many brands do it with young players. I think Sanwei particularly is supporting a lot young player from Iran, Irak and those countries.

Regards.
