Hi guys,

What excercices do you do for practicing anti play?

Training is beginning again and I can use some inspiration. :)

I have a regular training partner

Cheers,
Pieter

Depression can be treated with exercise, and it doesn't have to be difficult. You can likely improve your mood and level of energy by engaging in any activity. Therefore, whether you stroll around the block, sprint, or enroll in a yoga or dancing class, it's likely that exercise will improve your mood. Swimming, table tennis, and biking are all options. I play tennis and swim.

Yes, depression can be treated with exercise.I also suggest taking a natural supplement of saffron paired with exercise.

However, the post was about anti play .You seem to have mixed anti play with the depression it causes on some of the opponents .

I like to start out with drills that focus on the basics, getting my consistency where I can return anything on the table with the anti.
Then I like to progress to drills where I am attempting to block a loop in a very specific location, like short (trying to double bounce every return), down the line, deep into the corner, etc.
Then I typically do drills where I receive under spin, bump it, get a loop back, block the loop, then continue the pattern by receiving a push from that block. So my partner (or robot) Is giving me under-top-under-top
