I am just a developing player, at this moment all I want is consistency, that's why I chose Hexer Grip. Hexer Grip has decent speed, very easy to spin the ball, I don't need to swing the bat much and can get very fast and spinny drives with incredible consistency. This is the best rubber for control I have tried so far.

However, I think there's something better, and I saw Rasanter R37. From people's reviews, all I saw is control, control and control. I'm aware that the Rasanter series is faster than the Hexer Grip series, but since the sponge on R37 is way softer, I am unsure if that would actually give me more control.

Hexer Grip - slower but harder sponge, R37 - faster but softer sponge, which one has a better mistake tolerance, easier to use, and higher control?

The Rasanter series has serious issues with longevity. In my experience the top sheet dies in about 2 months. It might give you even more control then...lol

Tensors tend to go limp and shrink after a couple months anyhow.. You can, of course, extend the life with a booster, but you know the problem with that..

What sort of control do you need? There's always H3...
