Came across a Robot called PongFox, made by an Indian Startup ... Check it out on pongfox.com

PongFox robot has support for Random and semi random drills. Check out the details of our Table tennis robot here

Comparing with the Huipang robot. Check out the loop.
I don't know if any other robot does this. In pongFox for producing loop the top two motors turn outwards and the bottom motor turns the wheel inwards and we get a lot of topspin loop
