Hi,

I have been using Amicus Prime robot since a while now. I tried to update the firmware but was unsuccessful. Now the robot is not powering on. And also when I try to update firmware, I get the following message. "Unknown hardware version, firmware update not possible".
Kindly help.

Thanks and regards
LSR

LSR, I only check this forum occasionally, so missed seeing your post earlier. The firmware is likely corrupted and it will be necessary to replace the Power Circuit Board, which is the part with the chip containing the firmware. If you are in North or South America, you can contact me and if you are outside those two continents, you need to contact Tamasu Butterfly Europa in Germany. Either way, PM me and we can start a conversation about how to get your Power Circuit Board replaced.
