My new Amicus Prime arrives a few days ago and I notice that the angle placement is significantly less on my backhand side than the forehand (I am left-handed) when set to the maximum +8 or -8. It seems the deflector does not set correctly at the factory even after I ran the calibration to center the throw to the center line. Have anybody experienced this issue on the Amicus?

Called Butterfly and it was determined the deflector needed adjustment so they sent me a new head instead. It arrived today, I replaced the head and the problem solved. Excellent customer service!
