Does anybody experience all exercises disappeared on Amicus app and have to be reprogrammed or restored from a backup? It’s happened quite frequently. I am running the App on a Lenovo Tab M8 with Android 10. Support couldn’t reproduce it but not sure they have tried on the same android version. I also tried on a Samsung tablet running android 7 and found the exercise screen all garbled up, making it unusable. The tablet that comes with the robot works just fine but it’s very slow and its battery does not last long. |
