Blade: BTY Gergely
FH: Rasanter 47
BH: Fastarc G-1
I tried to improve my backhand (from December to January) and unfortunately started using a heavier blade with it. Eventually stopped using that blade.

Still feeling wrist pain even with old lighter bats.

Any recommendations or is it just to stop playing and rest?

Blade: Cheap Chinese Blade
FH: TSP Spectol Red 1.7mm
BH: Dawei388C-1 Medium pip .5
And if you don't have time to ice your wrist, like when you are getting to bed in a hurry, an Asian healing oil is a great thing. Asian grocery stores usually sell Chinese White Flower Oil and in Thailand there many varieties of these oils. They really work for my sore wrist.

It is difficult to say what could have caused the wirst pain. If it is only related to the weight of the table tennis racket, then I suggest you take a look at Re-Impact table tennis rackets. This "niche manufacturer" makes excellent, very light table tennis rackets. Most of his products are very light, and if necessary, they are adapted specifically for people with one or another health problem.
These are not very cheap products, but as someone who has owned quite a few table tennis rackets myself, I can say that they are definitely worth the money spent.
