1. To play well, you don't play a lot but you train a lot of solid pieces of the game.
2. There are few points and many exercises are practiced without points of points and multiballs as well as technical and strategic games
3. You have better results being technically good than winning with aggression and strength

She is the only one to use the punching exercises. Just take a look at her forearm musculature.
Be sure you wear MMA training gloves to prevent fist injury.
