Just because it worked doesn't mean it WASN'T a placebo. :lol: Placebos do work, if they didn't, there wouldn't be any need to use placebos in medical studies.

There is no reason why TT should be the cause of any of this. If so, the cause is usually unhealthy technique, ie chicken wing, or anything with internal rotation + elevation of the arm. For BH you use either (depending on your style) 1) body + forearm + wrist or 2) bicep + forearm. There is rotator cuff movement but not for power generation, it's only for keeping the path and direction of the bat correct.

To prevent these issues, don't use an unhealthy technique, and do exercises that promote health rotator cuff functionality, IE facepulls. And when you go for power in your shots, realise it's not the rotator cuff that generates it.
