Actual blade weight is not of primary importance since nobody plays with a bare blade. Invest $10-20 in a digital gram scale and get to know your paddle weight, i.e. blade + two rubbers + glue + edge tape + grip (optional). You might be surprised! I target 160g for my paddle weight. Anything north of 190g is unnecessarily heavy and, imho, conducive to injury in those predisposed to it.

It’s only 117g. Very light setup.

I didn’t get tennis elbow from playing table tennis, I believe it started due to some home renovations I did about 6 weeks ago. Was using a hammer and masonry chisel for a few hours and my wrist was sore for days afterwards. As my wrist recovered the pain in my elbow increased. The symptoms are identical to tennis elbow.

Respectfully disagree. When I switched blades, I kept my rubbers the same, and the difference in blade weight made all the difference for my elbow. Other people's experience can vary, of course, but the difference between a 70 gram blade and a 90 gram blade can factor into the problem.

I feel that blade balance is important too, better where the blade is not one with hollowed out handle and head heavy and the balance point is more towards the handle

If you fix your tennis elbow problem using the information I posted previously, blade/racket weight would be irrelevant. When I had the tennis elbow problem, I didn't change to a lighter racket nor did I stop playing. I did wear a tennis elbow brace and just kept doing the exercises for 6 weeks and the problem went away. It has not recurred since. I still pick up the bar and do the exercises occasionally though just to maintain my forearm strength.
