Post subject:  osteoarthritis and TT

hello,

I have been diagnosed with the beginning of hip osteoarthritis. I want to keep playing TT.
Does anyone know people who have competed with this injury?

The other day I tried a functional bandage (thighs and hips) with tensoplast and the pain was greatly reduced.

The pain is in my groin joint.

What treatments do you do to play TT with hip osteoarthritis? ultrasound? magnetotherapy? TENS? massages? any cream? bandage? any splint?

I am a defensive modern player.

Please I want your opinions

When I was over thirty, I was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and, of course, arthritis. Sometimes it gives a lot of inconveniences, especially this season.

Found out that taking fish oil regularly helps - maybe a placebo, but anything that does help. Sleeping with a pillow between your legs also helps. I stopped my grueling exercise and just walk a little and ride a little bike, and over the past three weeks, the pain has diminished.
