:*: Pocket version of Rubber Friction testing device (working prototype) we have now presented for ITTF technical expertise. It is an updated space-saver model easy to operate. We think of supplying this one to all native Leagues and clubs worldwide, aiming to preclude those cheaters who secretly treated pimples. The lower leagues is our main concern as they breeding cheaters in plenty.

How many times has Igor posted "solutions" for non-existent "problems"? Remember the tamper-proof sponge backing? This is just another one. He claims to have influence with the ITTF, I don't believe it for a moment. It's just trolling.
